Apprenticeships we offer through partnering with TNB Skills Training:
Level 2 Hairdressing
Level 2 Beauty Therapy
Level 3 Multi Channel Marketing
Level 3 Learning Skills Assessor
Level 4 Learning Skills Mentor
Level 2 hairdressing runs for 24 months and gives all the basic knowledge needed to become a qualified hairdresser. You will attend training sessions to gain the skills and knowledge required to support you through to end point assessment. You will also be placed in a salon where again you will gain real experience in a working environment. As part of the apprenticeship you will be required to complete and end exam known as end point assessment to ensure you have the required skills to work as a qualified hairdresser. There may also be a requirement for you to complete functional skills depending on your exam results.
Level 2 beauty therapy is an 18 month programme designed to give you all the skills and knowledge needed to be a competent beauty therapist. again like the hair apprenticeship you will be required to complete the end point assessment confirming you are a ready to work independently, you will be based in a salon to complete your qualification and functional skills maybe necessary depending on you exam results.

The Level 3 learning skills assessor is the apprenticeship for anyone wanting to start their journey in the teaching field. This apprenticeship covers all the requirements needed and how the assessment process works. It is a 12 month programme and as part of this you will also complete an added bonus of the level 3 award in education and training for FREE. End point assessment is a requirement to show you have gained the correct skills to assess learners and functional skills could be required depending on previous maths and English results.
Level 4 learning skills mentor is an apprenticeship for those who support and guide staff and learners through a journey. It gives you the requirements needed to create mentor contracts and then how you will support your mentee through the process. The apprenticeship run for 12 months and the end point assessment will show you have the capabilities to support your mentees through the process of support and guidance. Functional skills maybe needed depending on previous results.
